Some time ago, our house was used for the movie RED. Location scouts from Toronto (Hollywood North) came a year prior to the shoot. We stayed in the house while carpenters built a new front and side to make the house bigger and added squibs (small explosives) to replicate bullets hitting the house.
One night over 3000 rounds of blanks were fired—waking up the neighborhood at 3 a.m. 911 was called thousands of times. My daughter and I were invited to the stage set of the interior at the studio.
I took this shot which my Canon G9 Powershot camera.
